How to enable or disable agents in Virtual Contact Center Configuration Manager

 

Goal

This process allows you to add or remove access of agents to Virtual Contact Center Agent Desktop

 

How to:

 

  1. Login to Virtual Contact Center Configuration Manager
  2. Go to "Users"
  3. Locate the agent in question
  4. Under the "General" tab select the box to enable/ deselect the box to disable agents
