How to remove a logo from 8x8 Contact Center Configuration Manager?

Procedure

 

  1. Log in to 8x8 Contact Center Configuration Manager as an administrator.
  2. Click Home.
  3. Click Profile.
  4. Navigate to Tenant - Logo.
  5. Click Choose Files to upload the logo.
  6. Add a blank image
  7. Save

 

Additional Information

By applying this workflow, you are adding a logo at the tenant level, in other words all wallboards will inherit the new Logo image !
