Unable to save web chats to the CRM (Local)

Question 

  • Since I have turned off the screen-pop in Configuration Manager - Integration, users have been unable to save web chats to the CRM when there is no existing CRM record for the customer.

Answer

  • Screen - pop is required to be enabled in order to save the web chat.
