Agent receives an alert warning message: "Your CRM integration is not configured. Please work with your administrator to configure it in Configuration Manager."

Steps to resolved this:
- Login as an Admin to Contact Center Configuration Manager.
- Click Integration.
- Click Screen Pop tab.
- Under Agents, click choose agents.
- Assign an agent by clicking on the checkbox, then click OK.
- Click Save.
- Have the agent logout, then retry again.
