Are Audit Logs available for Contact Center?

Can we request audit logs to view who made recent changes to our VCC account?

Answer
The legal Enforcement Directive is an extension of the Data Protection that covers the processing of personal data for law enforcement purposes by the police, prosecutors, and others. Outside of this, we do not currently capture audit logs.
