How to Clone Queues in 8x8 Contact Center

 

Objective

Clone queues in 8x8 Contact Center Configuration Manager.

Applies To

  • 8x8 Contact Center 9.9.13
  • Contact Center Configuration Manager
  • Queues

Procedure

  1. Log in to Contact Center Configuration Manager.
  2. Click Queues/skills.
  3. Next to the queue, click Copy icon clipboard_ef5c553313e86e7acbecb2c6280fd2943.png.
  4. The cloned queue will appear with the original queue name - 1.
