How to Test a Chat Code For Scripts

Objective

Run a chat code to test chat scripts.

Applies To

  • Contact Center Configuration Manager 
  • Chat channel
  • Scripts

Procedure

  1. Log into Contact Center Configuration Manager.
  2. Click Scripts.
  3. Select Chat.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Navigate to Code and click Generate Code.
  6. Create the script code in HTML. 
  7. Use a code tester such as HTML and Script Code Tester to test the script code.
