Why are the figures different between the wallboard and historical report?

The wallboard reads all calls as and when they are happening, whereas the historical report will report on calls that have completed and will only list historical data, not live data. The wallboard maintains historical data with the added live data as and when calls are taking place. For this reason, the wallboard will not match the historical report until the day has completed and all live calls have been completed and processed.
The historical report only shows processed completed data and cannot be compared with the wallboard for the same. All data that was on the wallboard will sync to the historical report eventually.
