Change Your Workplace Number in Agent Workspace
Objective
Change your phone number in Agent Workspace.
Applies To
- Agent Workspace
Procedure
- Log in to Agent Workspace.
- Select Work Offline.
- Go to My Profile.
- Under Settings > Connectivity > Phone Setup, select Change.
- Select from:
- Forward to phone number.
- Use SIP URI.
- Use Agent Workspace.
- Select Save.
