If enabled by the tenant administrators, agents can select to work with the new and improved 8x8 Agent Workspace. You must be in "Work offline" state to change your experience mode.

- Log in to your 8x8 Agent Console.
- Click to change your status to Work Offline to be able to make the change.
- Go to Menu > Profile > Personalization.
- Select Agent Workspace.
- Click Save. A confirmation message appears.
- Click Continue.
The 8x8 Agent Workspace appears on Work Offline mode.
