How to use agent default signature when replying back to an email

Procedure
- Log in to the VCC agent's Console.
- Go to Menu > Profile and scroll down to Personalization.
- Go to Email Signature and write your email signature and save.
- Go to your cases from Folder Icon in your Profile Tab to view your cases and reply to your chosen case
- Go to Signature and select your own signature and click on the insert option which will appear in your email.
