Objective

Record your personal VCC voicemail greeting through a verification call

Applies To

  • Virtual Contact Center, Agent Console

Procedure

  1. Make a verification call.
  2. At the prompt, press option 1 to record your personal greeting.

Additional Information

If, after recording your personal greeting, you wish to delete it, press option 2.
