Logging in to the 8x8 Agent Console when Single-Sign On (SSO) or Unified Login is unavailable.
- 8x8 Agent Console
- Navigate to the Login Recovery page.
- Enter the email address associated with your 8x8 Contact Center agent account.
- Click Submit. If the email address you have entered is a unique email address and is associated with your Contact Center agent account, you will receive an email with a link to log in to the 8x8 Agent Console. Note: This link is valid for 10 minutes.
- Click the link provided in the email to log in to the Agent Console.
8x8 Contact Center Login Recovery is available to agents and supervisors who use 8x8 Unified login to log in to the Agent Console. Contact Center Login Recovery is not available to administrators using the Configuration Manager application. If you are interested in enabling this service, contact 8x8 Technical Support.
