Data Disappears When Calls Are Accepted

Answer

If you are working on a case in 8x8 Agent Workspace and get offered a call, you must save the case before accepting the call as the OnDemand Contact Center will try to locate and display the incoming call's contact record.

If a record is not found a blank contact record is displayed so that a new contact can be created for the call.
