How do I know about calls that were dialed and never made it to an agent ?

Answer

On historical reports you'll see the interaction, with no agent involvement and no talk time. We do have plans to add a 'Transaction Code' for all retries and abandoned calls so admins can easily understand why a given call was not connected to an agent.
