How to Download a Call Recording in Contact Center Monitoring

Objective

Download a Call Recording in Contact Center Monitoring.

Applies To

  • Contact Center Agent Workspace

Procedure

  1. Log into your Contact Center Agent Workspace and select Monitoring.
  2. Click Playback and then click Advance.

  1. This will open up the Advanced Search tab.

  1. Select your filters and then click Search.
  2. Click on the recording you wish to download and click the Download button.
