Queues Not Showing In Contact Center Monitoring Queue Management Tab

Objective

Show queues in the Queue Management tab in Contact Center Agent Workspace.

Applies To

  • Contact Center  Supervisors

Procedure

  1. Log in to your Contact Center Agent Workspace, access Menu at the top and then the Monitoring tab.
  2. Within Monitoring tab, go to Setup.
  3. Tick the boxes corresponding to the queues you would like to monitor and see in the Queue Management tab.
