Queues are not showing in VCC Monitoring - Queue Management tab

Objective

Show queues in the Queue Management tab in VCC Agent Console.

Applies To

  • VCC  Supervisors

Procedure

  1. Log in to your VCC Agent Console, access Menu at the top and then the Monitoring tab.
  2. Within Monitoring tab, go to Setup.
  3. Tick the boxes corresponding to the queues you would like to monitor and see in the Queue Management tab.
