What is the Agent Relogin reason code in Contact Center agent status reports and wallboards?

Answer

This reason code indicates that the agent's AGUI connection was forcibly disconnected. The agent then responded by relogging in again. Contact Center will put the agent in the status they were in when they were disconnected.
