This is a known issue. These duplicate agents are deleted agents.
Our Engineering Teams are aware of this and have an improvement planned that will eliminate this confusion by enabling the user to easily identify deleted agents, by providing some control on whether or not to include deleted agents in the results. Currently, we do not have a target release date for this improvement.
