  1. Download and unzip the XML file.
  2. Replace this line <CTI URL With Tenant> with your own Domain and Tenant in the URL.

  3. Change the whole value of <CTI URL With Tenant>, including the symbol <>.
  4. Save the updated XML file.
  5. Import the file into your Salesforce account.

Note: The file will fail to upload if these changes are not made.
