Question

Why can't I dial emergency numbers from VCC? (ie 999, 911, 101)

Answer

Our VCC system prevents us from dialing three digit emergency numbers such as 999 or 911, 101. This is not able to be changed. Emergency calls will need to be placed directly through the primary phone (which VCC routes through) ie WorkD, handsets, Bria etc.
