This article describes the use case of adding users to the 8x8 VCC Contact Center Role.

- 8x8 Configuration Manager
1. Open 8x8 VCC Configuration Manager
-> Go to Security -> Roles -> Select a specific Role -> Edit
2. Under Assignment, you will observe that you cannot find the user you wish to add to this specific role;
3. In order to resolve this, from the 8x8 SSO Page -> Open 8x8 VO Configuration Manager
-> Go to Company -> Admins
4. Under Company Administrators -> Expand the Add Admins drop-down
-> search and add the required user.
As a result of adding the user as a company Admin in 8x8 VO Configuration Manager, you will now be able to find the user within 8x8 VCC Configuration Manager under Security -> Roles -> Assignment section.
