How do I change the default Time Zone on my 8x8 Contact Center?
Objective
Change the default time zone of your 8x8 Contact Center.

Procedure
- Log in to Contact Center Configuration Manager as an administrator.
- Navigate to Home > Profile.
- Under Miscellaneous tenant settings, select the desired time zone from the dropdown menu.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page.
