Personalizing 8x8 Contact Center Interaction Notification Sound

Objective

To configure 8x8 Agent Console interaction sound preferences.

  • 8x8 Agent Console

Procedure

  1. Click Menu Profile from the Menu dropdown in 8x8 Agent Console.

  2. Select the preferred sound for incoming phone or chat transactions.

  3. Click Save.
