Timeout Errors or Audio Problems Occur on Bria Softphone


When using your Bria softphone, you are experiencing timeout errors or one-way audio problems.

  1. Your Bria Account Settings.
  2. SIP Account.
  3. Topology.
  4. Try all four different firewall traversal methods settings found. (If you try STUN, please enter: in the server address field found below the four options.)


Network configuration is preventing data from reaching the Bria softphone.
