Summary

8x8 Work Analytics legacy Ring Groups List and Ring Group Call Data reports are now EOL as of 01.13.22

Resolution

The new Ring Group Summary report is now available and includes all ring group metrics and an integrated Call Detail Records feature that lets users acquire all of the call records associated specifically with a given ring group for a given time frame. We now also offer a Scheduled Report and an API.
