Why all the calls with callee 612 are marked as abandoned in Analytics for 8x8 Work?

Answer

612 is the Group Call Pickup extension service and all the calls answered through the Group Call Pickup, will have also a leg from the initial caller to the callee 612.   

This leg will be marked as abandoned and the leg from the caller to the initial callee, will be marked accordingly to what happened to the call. For more information about how to use Group Call Pickup, check this article.

In the following example, 1025 is calling 1007. 1007 si part of a Group Call Pickup along with 1004. 

1004 picks up the call through the Group Call Pickup. You can see the leg with the caller 1004 and callee 612, marked as abandoned, with the stat time 07:13:10. The other leg is caller 1025 and callee 1007, answered at 07:13:11, in the following second after the start time of the leg to 612.
