Changing the Date Format for Analytics for 8x8 Work

Objective

How to change the date format between MM/DD/YYYY and DD/MM/YYYY for Legacy Reports.

Applies To

  • Analytics for 8x8 Work
  • Legacy Reports.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Analytics for 8x8 Work.
  2. Click on the Welcome menu in the upper right.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Under Date Format, use the radio buttons to select the desired format:
    • (MM/DD/YYYY)
    • (DD/MM/YYYY) 
  5. Click "Save".

Additional Information

This Date Format option only applies to Legacy Reports. The date format for reports on the new Analytics platform is limited to MM/DD/YYYY.
