On Sunday, 8/22/21, from about 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm Pacific time, the Analytics for 8x8 Work backend suffered a failure and did not collect call information for any PBXs, resulting in a general data gap in all Analytics reports for this time period. This includes the web interface, scheduled reports, and the API.
Unfortunately, we are unable to recover the events that were not collected, and therefore cannot restore this data.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and moving forward, 8x8 will endeavor to:
- Improve monitoring
- Bolster systems against future data loss
