Generate an Abandoned Calls in a Call Queue Report in 8x8 Analytics for Work
Objective
How to generate a report for all abandoned calls in a call queue using Analytics for 8x8 Work.

Procedure
- Login to Analytics for 8x8 Work.
- Click Call Queue > Queue Call Data.
- Select the required queue, time range, and time zone.
- Click Menu > Select columns.
- Toggle Abandoned to on.
- Click Download.
