How do I download an Extension Summary Report

Objective 

Download the Extension Summary report in Analytics for 8x8 Work.

• Analytics for 8x8 Work

Procedure 

1. Log into the 8x8 Application Panel and select Analytics for 8x8 Work.
2. Click Call Report  
3. Click Extension Summary.
4. Select the Date Range at the top left of the page.
5. Navigate down and click Customize Table on the right side.
   
6. Enable/disable the desired columns by clicking on the eye icon.
7. Click Download at the bottom of the page.
