How to filter agent status by department in Analytics for 8x8 Work.
- Analytics for 8x8 Work
- Log in to your Analytics for 8x8 Work through your sso.8x8.com dashboard.
- Go to 'Display Status' under 'Employee Report'. You will see the below.
- Click on the Filter Button
- Choose the Department you want to filter to from the drop down
- The report will then populate only with the agents assigned to the chosen Department.
- If departments are not currently assigned you can update this in 8x8 Admin Console by editing the below field in the User Profile
