How to filter agent status by department in Analytics for 8x8 Work

How to filter agent status by department in Analytics for 8x8 Work.

Procedure

  1. Log in to your Analytics for 8x8 Work through your sso.8x8.com dashboard.
  2. Go to 'Display Status' under 'Employee Report'. You will see the below.Analytics Agent Status.PNG
  3. Click on the Filter Button                                                                                                                                                                                      Analytics Agent Status Filter Button.PNG
  4. Choose the Department you want to filter to from the drop downAnalytics Agent Status Filter.PNG
  5. The report will then populate only with the agents assigned to the chosen Department.
  6. If departments are not currently assigned you can update this in 8x8 Admin Console by editing the below field in the User ProfileAdmin Console User Profile Department.PNG
