Run queue call data report from Analytics for 8x8 Work

X4 license or above for the user
Analytics access level Supervisor
- Login into the Application Panel and then click on the Analytics for 8x8 Work;
- From the left menu go to Queues and then click on Queue Call Data;
- In the upper right corner of the page click on the “filter” icon;
- On the new filter window just select time zone and the queue and then check the “exclude forked/ children calls”, click apply;
5. From the left side of the page you can select how many entries you can see for the report;
6. Or you can download the report in an Excel file.
