How to run queue call data report from Analytics for 8x8 Work

Objective

Run queue call data report from Analytics for 8x8 Work

Applies To

  •  Admin Console
  • X Series
  • Analytics for 8x8 Work

Requirements

  • X4 license or above for the user

  • Analytics access level Supervisor

 

Procedure

  1. Login into the Application Panel and then click on the Analytics for 8x8 Work;
  2. From the left menu go to Queues and then click on Queue Call Data;
  3. In the upper right corner of the page click on the “filter” icon;
  4. On the new filter window just select time zone and the queue and then check the “exclude forked/ children calls”, click apply;

5. From the left side of the page you can select how many entries you can see for the report;

6. Or you can download the report in an Excel file.
