What does the Current Status mean in the Call Queue Detail report

Answer
| Current Status | Meaning |
| Login | Extension has logged in to the Call Queue |
| Logout | Extension has logged out of the Call Queue |
| DND-On | Extension has turned on Do Not Disturb and will not be offered calls from the queue. |
| DND-Off | Extension has turrned off Do Not Disturb and will be offered calls from the queue. |
| Idle | Extension is not on an active call and will be offered calls if logged in to the Call Queue. |
| On-Call | Extension is on an active call and will not be offered calls from the Call Queue. |
| Alerting | Extension is being offered a call. |
| Ring Pause | Extension was offered a call which was not answered. No calls will be offered to the extension for the configured amount of time. |
| Wrap-Up | Extension has ended a call that was offered by the Call Queue and answered. No calls will be offered to the extension for the configured amount of time. |
| Added | Extension was just added to queue. |
| Removed | Extension was removed from the queue. |
Additional Information
The Current Status only shows the most recent status change of the extension. It's possible for an extension to be logged out of the Call Queue and show other statuses (e.g.: On-Call, Idle).
