Call Details for Agents in a Ring Group



How to get call details for users of a ring group.

  • Ring Groups
  • Analytics: Supervisor


  1. Login to Analytics for 8x8 Work.
  2. Click Ring Group Ring Group List.

  3. Navigate to Ring Group List Table and click on an extension.

A list of agents within the ring group and call statistics will populate.

Additional Information

Access to the Ring Group reports requires an Analytics for 8x8 Work access level of Supervisor
