How do I pull up an extension's call report for a specific date?

Objective

Use the Extension Summary to view an extension's call report.

Applies To

  • Analytics for 8x8 Work

Procedure

An extensions call report is available in the Extension Summary.

  1. Log in to Analytics for 8x8 Work.
  2. Click Call Report Extension Summary
  3. Select the appropriate date.
  4. Navigate down to the list of extensions.
  5. Click on the extension.

An extension summary will load for the dates selected.
