Why are the non-administrator users unable to search for all calls at the company level using Analytics for 8x8 Work?

When a non-admin user receives permission to access Analytics for 8x8 Work, the User receives the ability to log in to only the PBX assigned to the profile, and as such can search only for the calls created under the same PBX.
8x8 Administrator users are, by design, assigned to all PBX's and therefore have access to all calls created under all PBX's at the company level.
