Why can't I change time zone in Analytics for 8x8 Work?

This is a limitation with reports that are still served from the legacy platform. The time zone can be changed on reports that have been migrated to the new analytics platform by clicking on the time zone at the top of the page. We do not have an ETA on when the remaining legacy reports will be migrated to the new platform.

Please Contact 8x8 Support if you need the time zone changed for legacy reports.
