How to delete 8x8 Video Meetings recording?

Objective

Deleting 8x8 Video Meetings recording in Admin Console.  

Applies To

• Admin Console

Procedure

1. Log into Admin Console.
2. Click Recordings.
3. In the search bar select Type and then Meetings.
4. Right-click on the selected recording and choose Delete or to delete in bulk select the tick box next to the recordings and then click Trash Bin icon.

5. Enter DELETE in capital letters in the Please type “DELETE” field and click Delete. The recording is now deleted. 

Note: Deleted recordings cannot be recovered.  

Additional Information

Deleting 8x8 Video Meetings recordings is only in Administrator level. Users in 8x8 Work Application only have option to Download or Share recordings.
