Certain fields that were previously available in the Call Detail Report are no longer visible or selectable. e.g. Dial-In Number
- Virtual Office Analytics
- Make sure that Call Record is toggled to the "off" position.
- Re-run the Search
- Additional fields should appear in the Add Columns (three vertical bars) dropdown.
Call Record is a new feature in the Call Detail Report in Virtual Office Analytics. It contains a different set of fields than the previous version of the Call Detail Report. More information on Call Record can be found here
