Checking call recording status for a specific call
- Virtual Office Analytics
- Sign in to VO Analytics
- Navigate to the Call Detail Records report
- Use the Date Picker to narrow the time to make it easier to find the desired call ( Call Legs (Simplified) mode preferred)
- Add Recording Service column to report
- If value shows as "Record service on" means call was recorded and recording available for the call. on the other hand if value shows as "N/A" means call recording will not available for that call.
