How can I use CDR to see whether a specific call recorded or not?

Objective

Checking call recording status for a specific call

Applies To

  • Virtual Office Analytics

Procedure

  1. Sign in to VO Analytics
  2. Navigate to the Call Detail Records report
  3. Use the Date Picker to narrow the time to make it easier to find the desired call ( Call Legs (Simplified) mode preferred)

  1. Add Recording Service column to report

  1. If value shows as "Record service on" means call was recorded and recording available for the call. on the other hand if value shows as "N/A" means call recording will not available for that call.
