How to view all calls through the call quality detail (Analytics)

Symptom

When a user is first logs on to the virtual office analytics and would like to see the call quality report, it will default to show only 50 calls. 

Applies To

  • Virtual Office Analytics

Resolution

  1. Please log into analytics using the webpage sso.8x8.com
  2. Click on the cloud icon, 3rd option down on the left hand side.
  3. Proceed to click call quality report
  4. From here click the filter icon at the top right hand side and select TOP N LIMIT to the desired amount of calls you wish to view.
