When a user is first logs on to the virtual office analytics and would like to see the call quality report, it will default to show only 50 calls.

- Please log into analytics using the webpage sso.8x8.com
- Click on the cloud icon, 3rd option down on the left hand side.
- Proceed to click call quality report
- From here click the filter icon at the top right hand side and select TOP N LIMIT to the desired amount of calls you wish to view.
