If the current status of an agent is currently displaying " Ring Pause" what does that mean?

Ring Pause is one of the Agents' Statuses on the Queue.
This status comes in effect if the agent does not pick the call when he/she is offered a call queue call. Subsequent calls to the same call queue will not be offered to the agent until the timer times out.
e.g If agent does not answer the call queue call and ringNoAnswerPause = 60 sec, the agent wont be offered a call queue call until that time expires (default is 10 sec).
