When viewing your Call Detail Records, you are unable to view entries before October 29, 2019. The Call Record selection is on or enabled. Certain columns or fields are missing.

- To view records for calls made before October 29, 2019, you will need to toggle the Call Record option so that it is disabled (the switch is grey, and to the left).
- Click Search.
The Call Record format for the Call Detail Records page was released on October 28, 2019. Records for calls made prior to the release will not be visible when the Call Record view is enabled. Call Records began being created when this feature was released. Switching the Call Record view off places the user into Call Log mode, where historical data and all former columns and filters are visible.
