Recording button stops working when calls are put on hold Salesforce Integration Panel

 

Symptom

When on an active call and you have call recording enabled. Then when you go to place that active call on hold and then take that call back off hold it is not possible to then stop the call recording using the plugin.

Workaround

  1. Log in to Admin Console or Account Manager
  2. Under user profile disable call recording announcement for yourself
