How to enable a user's MS Teams integration license in Admin Console
Objective
Enabling the 8x8 Voice for Teams user license in the 8x8 Admin Console.
By doing this, you will allow the enabled 8x8 user(s) to be synced into the 8x8 Voice for Teams admin portal during the Sync Now process.

Procedure
- Log into your 8x8 Admin Console.
- Navigate to Home > Users.
- Click the pencil icon of a specific user to edit their 8x8 user profile.
- Click on or scroll down to Services and permissions and click the Enable MS Teams integration slider switch to enable (blue) the MS Teams integration license for the specific user.
- Click Save at the bottom of the screen.
