X Series Upgrade Billing Transition from Annual to Monthly

Overview

Just as our customers' cloud communications requirements have evolved rapidly since the inception of 8x8's services, so have their needs for billing. As part of the upgrade of long-time 8x8 customers from our legacy platform to X Series, we will be transitioning any existing annual billing plans to our standard monthly billing.

Applies To

  • X Series upgrade
  • Customers currently on annual billing plans for all/some services
