What plans are affected?
8x8 has brought the following plans to end of sale, and as customers' services and billing are transitioned, they will become discontinued and no longer available.

- Virtual Meeting Annual Plan (VOSVC0042A-015)
- Virtual Meeting Annual 50 (VOSVC0042A-050)
- VO Phone Bundle (1-50) Annual (VOSVC0101B01A)
What exactly is happening with my annual plan(s)?
Upon your upgrade to X Series, your 8x8 Annual Service Plan(s) will be replaced with the equivalent monthly 8x8 X Series Plan(s), which will be reflected in your billing statements going forward.
Note: To offset payments you have already made for your existing Annual Service Plan(s), you will receive an appropriate discount on your X Series monthly service charges for the remainder of your current annual plan period.
Why is this happening?
As part of the upgrade of long-time 8x8 customers from our legacy platform to X Series, we will be transitioning any existing annual billing plans to our standard monthly billing. The X-Series platform does not offer annual billing.
When is this happening?
At the time of your migration to X Series.
What changes can I expect?
The only change is from annual to monthly billing. All 8x8 services will remain the same.
Will I be charged extra for this?
No, there is no additional cost.
Can I opt-out of moving to monthly?
Unfortunately, the previous services will no longer exist, so there is no opting out.
What will my bill look like afterward?
