Assign Number Error Failed At Phone Number Assign

Symptom

When you attempt to assign a number to an extension, you get an error, "User setting saved with errors. Failed at Phone Number assign."

1. You have claimed a number, and now you are attempting to assign the number to a User.
2. In the VO Configuration Manager, in the Users list > You are editing the desired user.
3. In the Voice Basic Settings > You select a number from the Phone Numbers dropdown list.
4. When you click Save, you get the error in red at the top of the page.
