How to Disable Call Forwarding Option in the Auto Attendant for the Account Manager Customers
Symptom
Disable call forwarding option in Auto Attendant for the external phone number.

Resolution
- Login to Account Manager.
- Click Phone System > Auto attendant.
- Choose the relevant Auto attendant profile > click Edit > choose Proceed without Copy.
- Edit Auto attendant > choose Business Hours Rules and Recordings.
- Click the + sign in Business Hours Rules and Recordings to view the options.
- Choose the right Business Hours.
- In Auto Attendant: Billing Submenu, choose the ( - ) sign to disable the external phone number which the calls are forwarded to.
- And click the ( + ) sign to add the number for call forwarding purpose.
- Click Save.
